Gomel, Eliezer (“Laser”)


Son of Meir and Hannah. He was born on July 7, 1948 in Tel Aviv, where he studied at the elementary school in Shikun Dan, where he participated in cultural activities and completed his high school studies at the Hannah Meisel Agricultural School in Nahalal. His parents moved him and Eliezer found himself, suffering from being away from home and suffering that made him want to make others Simcha, and he believed that if there was no desire to help others and cooperate with them, no society could exist. His training achievements were ordinary, but his strong desire, his enthusiasm for everything, and his perseverance made him conspicuous from the rest of his friends and enabled him to reach the Sayeret. He was efficient and devoted to service, kind and willing to help his friends, but on April 17, 1968, while he was in operational activity, he fell in the line of duty. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. The students of his class published a booklet in his memory at the Nahalal High School.
