Gal-Ad, Yosef (“Yossi”)

Son of Elazar (Ludwig) and Matilda. He was born on July 29, 1936 in Jerusalem. Was killed during a battle in the Sinai Campaign at the Mitla Pass on 31 March 1956. He was buried in the Military Cemetery at Shachal and in 1957 was laid to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
