First, David Eliahu

Son of Aharon and Chancha. He was born in 1949 in Bistritz, Romania, and immigrated with his family to Israel in 1959. He studied at the “Neve Ahayzer” elementary school in Bnei Brak and later studied at the Maharam Yeshiva and spent the rest of his life as a yeshiva student. At the end of July 1968, David Eliahu was drafted into the IDF and joined the Nahal Brigade. On the 30th of Tevet 5731 (30.12.1970), he fell while performing his duties in Neot Hakikar in the Arava and was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Bnei Brak.
