Feingold, Yoram


Son of Elkan and Rebecca. He was born on the 7th of Adar I 1938 in Haifa, where he moved with his family to Tivon, where he graduated from the Kadouri Agricultural School, and was a modest and honest young man. The family relocated to the village of Misgav Dov after a brief stay in the kibbutz and joined the IDF in November 1955. In February 1958, he successfully completed an officer’s course and reached the rank of lieutenant-colonel and then decided to join the career army for another year. A month later he went to the Border Police. He fell in battle around Dahariya on the 3rd of Nissan 5718 (March 24, 1958) and was put to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
