Diamond (Chizik), Bat-Ami


Daughter of Miriam-Mania and Yitzhak. She was born on October 2, 1922, in Metula, and completed her elementary studies in Metula, then moved to Jerusalem and later went to study in the agricultural youth farm headed by Rachel Yanait son of-Zvi and did her studies well. After the outbreak of World War II, she felt that it was her duty to contribute smoothly to the war effort against the Germans, and at the beginning of July 1942 she enlisted in the women’s auxiliary corps of the German army, British Army (ETS) was sent to Egypt where she served for a month (23.3.1943) was killed in Egypt in a car accident when she was riding in a military vehicle in the desert, and she was brought to rest on her way to Israel.
