Bracha, Shlomo


He was born in 1926 in Aleppo, Syria, where he studied at the Jewish school in the city and then went on to study printing, where he worked for several years.In 1933 and 1934 he tried twice to cross the border and enter Eretz Israel but was caught and returned. He immigrated to Israel with his family in 1935 and began to work as a construction worker in Jerusalem, where he worked in the Sasson printing press in Ramat Gan, where he taught his children in the spirit of Jewish tradition. He was killed on his way to the railway station in Tel Aviv and died of a wound. And the next day, eleventh day of Tevet Tashaz (03/01/1947). He was buried in the Nahalat Yitzhak cemetery plot defenders of the people (Haganah “). Left a wife and seven children.
