Ben-Zvi (Gottesman), David

David Son of-Zvi (Gottesman), son of Aharon Zvi, was born in 1911 in Czechoslovakia. He immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1932 and worked as an electrician in Hadera, where he was a member of the Haganah organization in the Shomron region and active in guarding and security, On April 8, 1943, on his way to work, he was caught in the action arena of one of the underground organizations, was shot by a pistol and killed. David was brought to eternal rest in Hadera’s old cemetery. He left behind a wife and a 6-year-old son.
