Michael, son of Hasiba and Yitzhak, was born in 1947 in Morocco and in 1954 immigrated to Israel with his family, who settled in the camp of Israel. He studied at the elementary school in the Israel camp, where he studied frameworks and worked in his profession until he enlisted in regular service in the Israel Defense Forces. Michael was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in mid-February 1965. During the Yom Kippur War, Michael was drafted and served as a platoon in an engineering unit on the Sinai front, and on May 2, 1973, Michael was injured And was killed when his vehicle mounted on a mine in operational action. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. He left behind a wife and two children, parents and seven brothers and sisters. After his fall, he was promoted to sergeant. In a letter of condolence to the bereaved family, his commander wrote that Michael was an excellent and brave soldier and that his comrades owed him their lives.
