Son of Lazar was born in 1917. During the War of Independence he served in the Carmeli Brigade. Killed in an explosion in Manara on August 27, 1948, and was buried in Manara. On the 19th of Av 5710 (22.8.1950) he was transferred to the eternal rest of the military cemetery in Haifa
