Amar, Yaish

Yaish, son of Masouda and Masoud Amar, was born on December 10, 1932 in Algeria. Yaish arrived in Israel at the end of 1948 on the “Atzmaut” ship. He immediately joined the Israel Defense Forces and served in the Golani Brigade. On the 29th of Kislev 5709 (28.2.1949) he fell in action near Hadera and was brought to eternal rest in the Nachlat Yitzhak military cemetery.
