Alhammedah, Muhammad


Son of Sharett and Salem. Muhammad was born in 1948, a member of the Elazazma tribe, whose seat is in the south of the country. He grew up and was educated in his village, according to tradition. Muhammad was accepted by his tribe, and his house was the center of events for his many friends. He was known to be a pleasant man. Muhammad married at a very young age with the choice of his Lev Selma, and they had five children. He loved his family very much and made sure that they were financially well-off. At the age of twenty, Muhammad enlisted as an employee of the Israel Defense Forces, and after a year of service, he served for fourteen years as a tracker in the IDF. Was a devoted and loyal soldier. As part of his job, he participated in many pursuits and in various actions on the border of the system. In February 1982, at the age of thirty-four, Muhammad left the tracker unit and moved to the Border Police. Where he spent another five years in service. During his service he was awarded the Medal of Honor. On March 2, 1988, Muhammad suffered cardiac arrest during his active service and died. He was forty years old. He was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery on the eve of El Hamamdeh. He left behind a pregnant wife and four small children – Majali, Zuhur, Suleiman and Ursan. The son Ibrahim was born seven months after his father’s death.
